About Deal Chase

What is Deal Chase?

A marketplace and a set of tools for middle market capital transactions. It connects companies seeking capital with lenders, investors and buyers, and gives both sides what they need to run the transaction themselves. There are ten tools:

What does PQ stand for?

PreQualified. Capital seekers and capital providers are matched only where the seeker's needs and the provider's stated lending or investment criteria already line up, so the introductions you get are ones that could actually work. Early on, enough people assumed it meant "Pretty Quick" that the nickname stuck — which, given how fast matches surface, nobody minded.

Who is it for?

Companies raising debt or equity, owners selling a business, buyers making an acquisition, property owners financing or selling real estate, founders raising early-stage capital, and the lenders, investors and advisors who work with them.

Is Deal Chase a broker or an investment bank?

No. Deal Chase is not registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not advise on the merits or terms of any transaction. We introduce parties and give them tools. Decisions about whether to borrow, what to accept and whom to work with are yours, taken with your own counsel and accountants.

Cost

What does it cost to use?

The tools are free to use today. When charging is introduced, single-delivery services such as a company valuation or a borrowing base calculation will be charged per report, and AdvisorPQ will be charged annually. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.

Do you take a commission on my deal?

Where a transaction closes with a counterparty we introduced, a referral fee is payable under a Referral Fee Agreement — one percent from each side that has signed one. That is separate from any charge for using the tools, and it is only ever payable on a closing.

Do I have to sign a Referral Fee Agreement?

You will be asked to accept one before you reach the point in a workflow where introductions are made. You can use the valuation and preparation tools without it.

Using the platform

How does matching work?

Capital providers state the deal sizes, industries, geographies, loan types and collateral they will consider. When your profile is complete, the platform compares your requirements against those criteria and surfaces the providers who fit, ranked by how closely they match.

How long does it take?

Matches appear as soon as your profile carries enough information to compare. How quickly a transaction follows depends on you, the counterparty and the deal.

Do I need an advisor to use Deal Chase?

No. The tools are built so an owner or CFO can run the process directly. Many people still want an accountant, an attorney or an M&A advisor alongside them, and the Expert Community exists for exactly that.

Can my advisor use the platform on my behalf?

Yes. AdvisorPQ lets an advisor manage several clients and work inside each client's own record.

What if I'm not ready to transact yet?

Plenty of users run a valuation or build a borrowing base to understand where they stand, and go no further. Nothing obliges you to proceed.

Your information

Who can see my documents?

Only the people you grant access to. Documents live in your own data room, permissions are set folder by folder, and you can withdraw access at any time. Deal Chase does not review your transaction documents.

Do you put my documents through AI?

No. No document in a Deal Chase data room is sent to any artificial intelligence provider. The assistant receives your role, industry and business size as a range — never your name, company name, financial figures or files. The full detail is on the Security and Data Handling page.

Do you sell my information?

No. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. See the Privacy Policy.

What is post-quantum security, and where does Deal Chase stand on it?

Encryption that protects data today could in principle be broken by a sufficiently powerful quantum computer at some point in the future — which matters for anyone holding financial records that stay sensitive for years. Deal Chase is in discussions with specialist vendors about post-quantum protection for client data. Nothing is deployed yet, and we will say so plainly on the Security and Data Handling page when it is.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. Write to info@DealChase.ai and we will delete your account and its records and confirm when it is done.

The Expert Community

What is the Expert Community?

A public directory of professional firms serving the middle market — accountants, valuation analysts, attorneys, M&A advisors, insurance and ESOP specialists and others. Browsing it needs no account.

Are the listed firms recommended by Deal Chase?

No. Every firm applied and was reviewed before publication, but a listing is not an endorsement and we do not supervise anyone's work. Do your own diligence, as you would with any firm. The Community Guidelines explain what our review does and does not cover.

How does my firm get listed?

Apply through the Expert Registration form on the Community pages. Applications are reviewed before publication. There is no cost today.

Something isn't working, or I have a question you haven't answered.

Email info@DealChase.ai or call (215) 813-6811. You can also ask Chase, the assistant, from any page — it can explain how the tools work and where to find things, though it will not advise you on your transaction.
